Leslie Gates, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor of Art Education at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where she coordinates the undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to her position at Millersville, she currently serves on the board of the Pennsylvania Art Education Association in the role of Conference Administrator. Leslie’s research is focused on art educators’ professional learning, including democratic and feminist approaches to teaching and research.
